User review good enthusiasm and not too hard, but a good workout
User review I love to dance and have taken several cardio dance classes before, so I wanted a dance workout video for my house. I did not pick it out, but I got it for christmas. I just tried it out and turned it off after 16mins. The music is horrible and not up beat. The dance moves do not follow the music. They go way to fast through the moves for you to even figure out what they are doing. I know it's not a dance instruction video, but all of the other workout videos I've done go through the moves a couple times to make sure that you get it and this one does not. You shouldn't have to pause and repeat over and over to figure out a dance move on a workout video. It defeats the purpose of a good workout video. You're better off dancing around on your own to music that you like. It is very frustrating and a waste of money.
User review This is a great cardio workout; it gets your heart rate up and keeps you moving. In this workout you get cardio and body sculpting and its FUN! The moves can be a bit challenging, but that keeps it interesting and the more you do it the easier it gets! Also you dont have be perfect, just add you own style to it! I would recommend this to spice up your cardio routine.
User review This is worth trying. Took me time to get the routine down but you can pause til you work the trouble spots out.
